These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://thestudyla.bakipy.site (the "Site") and any services offered by The Study LA ("The Study"). By using the Site or enrolling in a semester, you agree to these Terms.
1. Membership and enrollment
Enrollment in the 60-Day Semester is a contractual agreement between you and The Study. Tuition covers the full nine-week semester. Missed sessions are the member's responsibility and are not refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2. Tuition and payments
- Single enrollment: $4,150 USD for a 60-day semester.
- Duet enrollment: $5,600 USD for a 60-day semester ($2,800 per student).
- Payment is due in full at enrollment unless a written payment plan is agreed.
- All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable California sales tax where required.
3. Refunds and cancellations
Cancellation requests made within 72 hours of enrollment and prior to the first session are eligible for a full refund. After the semester begins, refunds are prorated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an administrative fee. Contact train@thestudyla.com to initiate a request.
4. Health, safety, and release
Personal training involves inherent physical risk. By participating, you acknowledge those risks and confirm that you are medically cleared to exercise. You agree to inform your coach of any health conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect your training.
5. Intellectual property
The Study name, the Curriculum, programming methods, and all materials on the Site are the property of The Study LA. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or repurpose our materials without written permission.
6. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, or using automated scrapers in a way that burdens our infrastructure.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in Los Angeles County, California.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
