Let's begin with an intro session.
Fill out the form and a coach will call within 24 hours to confirm a time. Intro sessions last 45 minutes: a short conversation, a baseline movement assessment, and a tour of the studio.
What to expect.
- 01. Ten minutes of conversation
- We'll ask about your goals, your history, and any injuries or constraints.
- 02. Twenty minutes of movement
- A light assessment. Squats, hinges, overhead range, and the rest. No judgment. This is a baseline.
- 03. Fifteen minutes of tour
- We walk through the studio, explain the curriculum, and answer every question you have about tuition, scheduling, or recovery.
